Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from receipt of payment. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotional campaigns. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or factors beyond our control.

In‑Store or Curbside Pickup




If we offer local pickup in San Juan, orders are generally ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid photo ID when collecting your order. Pickup times and locations will be indicated in the confirmation email .




Delivery Issues




We strive to ensure your order arrives on time; however, unforeseen delays can occur. If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimate . We are not liable for delays due to carriers, weather, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.
