Return & Refund Policy






Return Window




If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order . To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached . Certain items, such as custom‑made products, intimate apparel, perishable items or items marked final sale, cannot be returned .




Return Process





  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your item.

  3. Pack the item securely and include your return authorization number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect .

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund.






Refunds




Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days of our receipt of the returned item. We will not charge any restocking fees; however, shipping charges are non‑refundable. If you paid with a gift card or received a gift, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the return .




Exchanges




If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Placing a new order ensures availability and faster delivery.




Order Cancellations




You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us. After 24 hours orders may have already been processed and shipped; at that point, please follow the return process .
